NOMADES is a line of clothing by two young and dynamic Senegalese designers Mariam DIOP and Fatimatou SARR. Inspired by cultural traditions from all around the world, they roam the African countries in search of fabrics, colors and technics that they highlight on their clothing.
This year, NOMADES is back with a Spring / Summer 2015 collection called AUBE (Dawn).

Awale is a society game native from Africa. Widespread it has many different names even though the best known remains Awale. Thus, the Bambara of Mali call it Wali while for the Wolof of Senegal it is Wure. In Ghana they talk about Oware while in Cape Verde it is called Ourri.
Tuareg people who are predominantly nomadic people of the Sahara desert , a vast expanse desert formed of large sand hill massif, began a settlement in the middle of the twentieth century. Despite a lifestyle and a very special culture, the Tuareg people is well known around the world. Everything in the Tuaregs life is marked with a discrete elegance : speech, poetry, clothing, jewelry ...
