Harvested by hand from wild trees scattered on the plateaus of the Tenda country (Bassari and Bédik) in the south-east of Senegal, Baobab fruits are opened to extract the red fibers, pulp and seeds. The pulp is then pounded by hand to separate it from the seeds and then sieved several times to obtain a fine, homogeneous and pure powder. Certified Organic by Ecocert ©, the pulp powder of Baobab Diongoma is of very high quality.

It is a product of general fitness thanks to its composition very rich in vitamins A, C, B1, B2, B6, and PP, in natural antioxidants (4 times more than a kiwi, 10 times more than an orange , 15 times more than an apple) in essential amino acids and minerals (iron, calcium, zinc, manganese, phosphorus, copper). Its taste is pleasant, a little tart, close to lemon.
