Organic certified cashew nut puree
Rich in minerals, vitamin E and a source of vegetable protein, organic cashew nut puree is ideal for sandwiches or for cooking. The cashew nuts are roasted and ground cold, then refined with a stone grinder.
It has a low lipid content (on average 50% less) compared to almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts or even pecans. It is often used as an alternative to butter in vegetarian or vegan recipes.
In a savory version, it is used in hot sauces, vinaigrettes, soups and vegetable soups.
