Organic certified soungouf
Millet flour is a good substitute for wheat flour, especially for people with gluten intolerance.
Millet is a cereal widely consumed in Africa, particularly in Niger, Nigeria, Mali and Burkina Faso. Indeed, this cereal requires little water and is therefore adapted to arid areas. This is why it is nicknamed the "nutritional pearl".
Here, the millet comes in the form of a flour called Soungouf, but can also come in the form of a semolina called Thiéré.
It is a natural product, unfermented and without additives. It forms the basis of a tasty and varied diet, widely appreciated and consumed throughout sub-Saharan Africa.
