Organic certified Thiakry
Millet thiakry is made from sorted, washed and ground millet flour. The flour is rolled by hand, steamed and then traditionally dried to preserve the natural taste of the product. A healthy and tasty meal that is suitable for any time of the day. It is in Senegal that this dessert is called Thiakry but in Ivory Coast, Mali and Guinea, it is known as déguê.
