Chebe powder
PROPERTIES:
Chébé powder is mainly made in Chad and it is one of the beauty secrets of women in the country and other countries in Africa. Composed thanks to the seed of chébé or croton of Zambezi in French, the powder has very moisturizing properties which allow the hair to have a considerable growth, to be less brittle and more resistant. It's a real fall arrester. Traditional secret of the long hair of the Bassara women of Chad, Chébé powder is reputed to promote strength and suppleness, activate growth, improve the definition of curls.
USAGE TIPS:
Step 1- Gently detangle hair with fingers or a wide-tooth comb combing from ends to roots.
Step 2- Boil some ginger, parsley, mint leaves and cloves for 10 minutes.
Step 3- Strain and invert into a vaporizer or spray.
Step 4- Add a little olive oil to shake before each use.
Step 5- Divide the hair into 4 sections.
Step 6- moisten each section of the hair and the scalp with the spray and gently massage the scalp with the tips of the fingers for 3 min and massage the hair with the palms of the hands.
Step 7- Apply the oil to the scalp and hair lengths. Gently massage the scalp for 3 min.
Step 8- Mix in a bowl a little olive oil and shea butter. After having obtained a homogeneous mixture, add according to the volume and the length of the hair, a certain quantity of the powder of chebe and mix well.
Step 9- Apply the paste obtained on the lengths of the hair only from one centimeter from the root to the tips. Insist on the tips.
Step 10- Make vanillas and tie a satin scarf or put on a satin bonnet.
Step 11 - Leave on for 3 hours or overnight and shampoo.
