How to find products?

Awalebiz is a multivendor E-commerce marketplace where are exposed products from different talented creators. Hence it is possible to search products either by category via the categories bar menu or by creator via the creators button on the upper menu. select the desired category or creator and you will find a list of products that relate to that category or vendor. You can use the fields on the top of the section to narrow the list or change how products are disposed.

You can also search in the left block that appears to you.

How to buy one or several products?

Select the product you want to buy to view its characteristic then click on the small cart button to add the product to you shopping cart. Continue your shopping in Awalebiz and repeat this action when you want to add products to your shopping cart. Once done, go to the top right of the page, you will find a button with indication your shopping cart contents. At this level you can view the products you selected in your cart and proceed to checkout.

How to post an order?

It's simple, once you have finished choosing your products, from your shopping cart on the top right of the page click on "Checkout" button. You will be redirected to the checkout page. At this level you can log in with your Awalebiz customer account (if you have done it previously) or take the opportunity to register for a permanent customer account or checkout as a guest.

We invite you to register, if not done yet, and have a customer permanent account for future fast checkout process because you will no longer need to input billing and shipping information. If you want to checkout as a guest you will mention your billing and delivery address. You can now choose the delivery method then your payment method that suit you to pay for your order.

A notification will be immediately sent to your email address to inform of your order reference and status. You can then track your order at all stages via Awalebiz until you receive the delivery of your order.

What are the payment methods available?

We have several payment partners for our customers to pay securely on AwaleBiz.

You need a Paypal account and if you do not have one, you can create one immediately while submitting your order.


- Credit & Debit cards via Skrill:

We provide you with direct access to the secured payment platform Skrill. If you do not have an account, you can create one immediately

Can I buy if I do not have credit card?

Of course yes. During the checkout process of your order, you will be asked to choose a payment method. At this stage you can pay with a credit card via secured payment process PayPal, Skrill. If you do not have a credit card, you can choose option "Phone ordering" then submit your order by clicking on the bottom "submit" button. After submitting your order and in case you have chosen "Phone ordering" option, we will contact you to set the payment method that suits you. It can be a money transfer (mobile money, bank transfer or payment at delivery) or other means that would suit you.
